Ebonite/SASBA Age Bracket Tournament

 

Where: Cityview-Fort Worth, TX

When: December 4-5, 2010

Schedule of events:

Friday: Sweepers…starting at noon…2 games

Saturday: Meeting at 8am. One 8-game qualifying block of Codgers (63-69) and        Geezers (70 & over) at 8:45.

    Reoil

            Legends (50-56) and Old Timers (57-62) auction during reoiling.

            One 8-game qualifying block of Legends and Old Timers.

 

Sunday: Match play bracket finals by age group (2 games/total pins)…starting at

8:15

When 1 survivor remains in each age group, those 4 bowlers will bowl 1 game for title

($1000 prize guaranteed for 4th place)

Entry fee: $230

1 in 3 (up to 16) will make the finals in each age group. 1 in 3 will cash in each division.

All rounds will be a blind draw for byes and opponents.

If there is a tie for the last finals spot within an age group, a 1 game rolloff will

immediately follow the qualifying.

Age groups (as of Dec. 4) will be as follows:

Legends bracket 50-56 yrs.

Old Timers bracket 57-62 yrs.

Codgers bracket 63-69 yrs.

Geezers bracket 70 and over

No separate entry fee.

1st place from each age group will

bowl 1 game with prizes as follows:

1st  $425 2nd $325 3rd $250 4th $200

Leader of each age group will bowl 1 game for final prizes.

Will pay additional spots based on 1 in 4 ratio.
