Ensminger Bests Humphrey

Jim Ensminger captured his first Ebonite Senior Tour tournament at AMF Irving Lanes in Irving. Qualifying leader Mickey Humphrey, rode first place into the final position round match with second place Ensminger. Mickey needed a strike on the first ball in the tenth to win his first title. He rolled a great shot leaving the ten pin. There was a monster carry down causing tons of ten to be left all weekend. Sal Turano finished third, Maury Newman fourth, and Jim King fifth.
