Text Box: PIERCE BLASTS 290 TO WIN
Text Box: Chuck Pierce finished with a 290 game the final match against Dave Soutar to win the Ebonite Senior Tour tournament in Tomball. Pierce’s win sent Soutar to third behind second place Dennis Francis. Gary Dickinson was fourth, and Jim King fifth. The scoring condition was great if you could find the right ball to carry.
The November SASBA cruise out of Galveston is getting a good response. Come join us for fun on the high seas.
The member guest doubles has room for only 64 teams at Dynamic Bowl in Houston. There will be added prize money. The $320 entry fee will reserve your spot.
Congrads to Rick Lawrence, Wes Mallott, Chris Johnson, Paul Fleming, and D.J. Archer for being on the PBA exempt tour next year.
Our next tournament has been moved from Irving to Oklahoma City April 3-4th. Some of the big guns will be at the Senior Masters, so there will be extra spots in the finals. See ya there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Text Box: Matt Stewart rolled 120 the first game of the tournament after 15 minutes practice to win the dog of the week award. Nate Griffin, Jerry Moon, and Johnny Wukasch all left the lily. Maury Newman, Jimmy Young, and Jim king had 300 games. For the first time ever Richard Britton who always eats off of everybody’s plate took a doggie bag home Saturday night. David Addington liked it. Jim King burnt pork chops in his motel room and smoked up the whole second floor of the motel. Mike Lynch is on a new diet designed by Butch Calvert. Mike also kept score for Butch. Larry Thompson made his first finals.
