Text Box: Super Senior Milton Smith ran away with the Ebonite Senior Tour Tournament at All Star Lanes in Shreveport. This was Milton’s first SASBA victory. He used his new Ebonite Infinate One ball all of the way through the tournament. He racked up a 300 game Text Box: and received $100.00 from Ebonite. Donald Robinson finished second, Fred Barnes third, Jackie Putnam fourth and Avery Leblanc fifth. Looks like when some of our super stars are away, we have new guys in the finals and winning. Charlie Pickett had 3 CP’s and Chuck Kent had one. Ronnie Diamond set a Text Box: new land speed record returning to Dallas. I wonder if he bowled bad. He was getting lessons from Jim King during the tournament. Jym Graham got his first SASBA cash. Jackie Putnam bowled Text Box: great. Claude beat Syd again and Rusty Bethley too! Fred Barnes is on a hot streak. David Addington didn’t like it.
