Text Box: David Rountree captured the Ebonite Senior Tour tournament at Copperfield Bowl in Houston. In a finals field full of alleygators David proved he was the biggest that day. Paul McCordic was second, David Ozio; third, Pete McCordic; fourth and C J Johnson; fifth. It seemed that it was feast or famine. The right ball, speed, playing the right part of the lane, and good shots were required. SCHEDULE CHANGE! The tournament in September in San Antonio has been switched with the Fort Worth event. That means that the San Antonio tournament will be Sept 18-19th and The Fort Worth tournament will be Sept 11-12th. The Odessa Super Senior/Senior doubles has $4000 added, and another $2000 added to the second chance. See ya there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Text Box: William Bowie and Russ Ramsey tied for the dog of the week award with 125 low games of the tournament. Charles Avant was using an eleven pound ball. Stan Workman has forgotten how to make the ten pin. It was real quiet there without Bill Smith and B D Walls being there. David Addington liked it.
